Callers are introduced to healthcare classes during the call interview. Classes are either presented at the caller's request in response to your advertising or as part of our "cross-sell" program associated with the search for a caregiver. Because classes are associated with caller responses to selected fields in the database software, a resulting query gives our call representatives automatic screen "pops" to introduce classes that could be of interest to the caller.
Registration for classes can be completed during the call with that information included in the software generated confirmation letter to each caller with any physician referrals that were made in the same call. We also offer the option of taking credit-card payments for classes via our credit card account "gateway" with an on-line report in our "Real-time" Report system for you to audit your transactions.
All call representatives have access to the same class information with vacancies displayed for each class session. Class size can be controlled so there is no possibility of session overfill.
Rosters are up-to-date with the last posted call and can be viewed and printed at your office via the Internet, when you want them.
